The high-carbon brake discs have a number of positive characteristics – they optimize durability and prevent, for example, brake judder and noise. With extremely low tolerances of max. 30 µm for lateral runout and max. 10 µm for thickness variation, ATE provides ideal aftermarket solutions in its role as a system supplier with OE expertise. The tolerances of the centering bores are also extremely low in order to prevent imbalance and radial runout. This contributes to extending the service life of the wheel suspension and wheel bearings.

Accordingly, ATE currently has the largest range of coated brake discs outside of the automotive manufacturers for supplying the aftermarket sector with OEM quality products.
