Original ATE drum brake shoes

The Original ATE drum brake shoes are supplied almost exclusively in powder-coated form.  Powder painting the brake shoes enhances corrosion protection.  Moreover, the entire surface of the lining material is bonded, ensuring higher resistance to liner detachment, as compared with strip bonding. The seams of the bonds are sealed! ATE brake shoes are radius-ground, ensuring that optimum performance is achieved on the very first brake application.

Of course, the painted brake shoes are also used in the original ATE TopKits, upgrading these products.
